Rental Terms & Conditions
By taking this vehicle, you agree to the following:
1. If the car develops any fault or is damaged due to your use, you are responsible for the full repair cost. Any downtime beyond the agreed return time will be charged at the rental rate.
2. Any scratch, dent, or damage, no matter how minor, attracts a ₦200,000 penalty before repairs.
3. One minute past the agreed return time counts as one full hour and will be charged accordingly.
4. The car must be returned with the same fuel level or higher. Any shortage will be charged.
5. Failure to comply with these terms makes you fully liable for all costs and may result in legal action if the matter is not settled.
Booking this listing means you accept the Rental terms.
